Well I have cried more in 2 days than I have in 5 years. Thank you so much for the comments. You all dont know how much that helps us. We sat here this morning at 4:45 (that is what time the sun comes up) and cried reading the comments especially about the kids.
Hannah, Hayden and Camden we miss you and love you sooooooooooo much.
Daddy is making her laugh and smile.
We woke this morning to her waking up and she got up and stood on the floor with her arms behind her for about 45 minutes. She was at parade rest! She finally realized she was not in her normal surroundings after I started playing some Barney episodes on youtube. I love you Barney!
She seemed to like it and right now she is in Mommy's arms falling back asleep.

WOW!!!!! I cannot even imagine the range of emotions you three must be experiencing!!! Is holding her anything like you imagined it would be? Don't you know God is SOOO excited His precious child is finally with whom she belongs? Thanks for making the journey...and bringing us along. I love you all, Heather
Shannon,
I see the peace in your face holding her. She is finally yours! There is nothing any sweeter than seeing her in your arms. You have waited a LONG time for this. Enjoy. I am still praying for a smooth transition for her and for your heart in the process of her transition. Your heart is so tender and loving and she will embrace that...I promise. I love you girl and really miss you. I told Craig that I have caught myself crying several times thinking about what you are experiencing. It still seems hard to believe that you are across the world getting your baby that you were dreaming about this time last year. Please give her a kiss from us and tell her that we can't wait to meet her. Love you, Jill
I'm not sure how I delete my post, but I'll send it again. We're stilling praying for all of you. Shannon, those are two beautiful pictures. We can't wait for all of you to be home. Kayla has been looking at the pictures, too and is learning to say Madeline. We're sending Madeline a "Ni hao!" tonight, and can't wait for them to tear up the nursery together.
Hey Shannon,
You and Jay have been heavy on my mind.I know how hard this can be but I am so excited to see God at work in your family with your new little girl.Give all your worries and cares to God,for he cares about what happens to you.1 Peter5:7
Hope you guys can feel all the prayers.
Love,
Jennifer
What joy and love fill our hearts to see you and your precious little girl together at last. We know it has been very difficult at times for all of you. So glad that Daddy can help her smile and laugh. What a gift he has! We continue praying for all of you and can hardly wait to have all of you HOME. We went over to see the kids this evening. They were all playing in the garage since it had been raining. We took them some popcorn and extra videos that the Moore's brought to us. We plan to see them in the morning and have a variety of things planned for the rest of the week like story time at the library, swimming, haircuts, lunch and school supply shopping and arts and crafts. We love you all very much. The blog is wonderful and we are checking it all the time.
I am so glad I decided to check this once more before I went to bed. Shannon, you both look so beautiful asleep together, like a perfect fit! I pray that ya'll are getting some rest and that the rest of your time in China is smooth sailing. I am now crying like some kind of crazy person! I am so happy that your prayers have been answered - you two are truly amazing people/parents with now four truly amazing children. Still thinking of all three of you and praying for you daily...
Love,
Jodi
