You know what? I will never ever ever complain about going to walmart again. We went to the Walmart Supercenter in Fuzhou city and it was crazy. Dead fish and squid everywhere you turn. It is nothing like the walmarts here. It had 3 floors with escalator ramps and the buggies magnetically stuck to the floor on them.
I think all 6 million fuzhounians were in there for the slashing of low prices. We bought just the necessities...you know...coke, oreos, plain lays and ritz crackers. Of course we bought bottled water and lots of it. No one can drink the water over here.
Shannon had an unpleasant incident in a asian bathroom. She came out and wanted me to go an see it..."There was just a hole in the floor and a toilet seat. Apparently you have to sit directly on the floor...who knew?
We went to the adoption legal center today and it seemed the workers were more interested in getting the air fixed than do our paper work.
Well all in all we had a good day with Madeline. I think she is warming up to us a bit more.
