We just arrived at the Marriot at the Atlanta airport. Will spend the night here and fly out tomorrow at 9:30 am. It was very hard saying goodbye to the kids. The boys were ok because they dont really understand how long we will be gone. Hannah was having a very hard time and she was crying, which made me cry. I tried to hold it back but I was overwhelmed with emotion. Shannon did pretty good until she hugged her dad goodbye. John and Jennifer Herring drove us up here today and we had lunch at Ocharleys.
As I sit here and write this from the hotel room I can hear the airplanes fly over the building. We are both very anxious about flying but it will be ok to endure this for Madeline.

Oh yeah...Shannon is taking a nap...that took all of 10 seconds after we walked in the room...lol
